Destroyed hamlets, 1 Aug 2003

I managed  to sneak into the  hamlet  as soon as the  police  left the scene of  demolition. The  attached   photo  was taken ten minutes  after  the police  left in  a  village  called  Shingva.

The  child  was  alone  in the house. The house was  broken down  and  things  were  taken away .The child's grand  father who stays in a  nearby  house protected  the  child.

Similar  is the  case  of  widow who  stayed in a nearby hut.She was  all alone. She  pleaded with the  officials  saying that  her husband  was an ex-employ of  MSFC and  after  retrenchment  he  continued  to stay  in the MSFC land.No use.Her house  was  also broken down and things  looted.

Can anyone  explain to the  meaning of Human right.

John.
